These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Linecast Pty Ltd ("Linecast", "we", "us", "our") website and the services we provide, including internet connectivity, web hosting and design, mobile application development, payment gateway integration for websites we build, and advertising campaign management. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Linecast provides technology services to businesses and individuals in South Africa, including but not limited to fibre, LTE and 5G internet connectivity, web hosting and design, mobile application development, payment gateway integration for client websites, and management of Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns on behalf of clients. Specific service terms, pricing, and scope are agreed separately with each client.

2. Advertising Campaign Management

Where Linecast manages a client's Google Ads account, all actions are performed by authorized Linecast staff, and any automated or bulk change (e.g. pausing a keyword) requires human review and approval before it is executed. Linecast accesses Google Ads account data solely to deliver the reporting and campaign-management services agreed with that client. 3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data that does not belong to you.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Linecast Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Linecast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

6. Payments

Where Linecast integrates a third-party payment gateway (such as PayFast) into a website we build for a client, transactions processed through that gateway are between the client, their customer, and the payment provider — Linecast does not process or hold funds on the client's behalf. Where Linecast charges for its own services, such payments are subject to the applicable payment provider's terms in addition to these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision.
