Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Effective date: 10 July 2026

Linecast Pty Ltd ("Linecast", "we", "us", "our") provides internet connectivity, web development (including payment gateway integration for the websites we build), mobile app development, and digital advertising management services, as well as internal advertising-management tooling used to run and report on Google Ads campaigns for our clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you contact us through our website, request a quote, or engage us for services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about the services you are interested in.

2. Google Ads API and Google User Data

Linecast operates an internal ad-management tool used solely by authorized Linecast staff to monitor and manage Google Ads campaigns on behalf of our clients, under the terms of our client service agreements. This tool connects to the Google Ads API to retrieve campaign performance data and, where a client has approved a specific action, to make campaign changes (such as pausing an underperforming keyword).

  • Access to Google Ads data is limited to authorized Linecast employees and is never sold or shared with third parties.
  • Automated actions are never executed without a human reviewing and approving them first.
  • Data retrieved via the Google Ads API is used exclusively to provide agreed-upon advertising management and reporting services to the client that owns the relevant Google Ads account.
  • Linecast's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you or your organisation has engaged us for, manage client advertising accounts as described above, and improve our services.

4. Data Storage and Security

Client and campaign data is stored using reputable third-party infrastructure providers with encryption in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies to support core functionality. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of website visitors.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We only share information with third parties where necessary to deliver a service you've engaged us for (for example, a payment gateway to complete a transaction on a website we built for a client), or where required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision.
